In the settings of your video (the interaction settings), you can indicate whether questions can be answered once or more than once. If you don't allow answering questions multiple times, the questions will not be shown again when the viewer rewinds the video or jumps back on the timeline. However, the question will always be repeated when a viewer reloads the web page. This will be seen as a new session in the statistics.

Keep in mind that your settings will influence the video statistics. When a viewer can give multiple answers in one session, only the last response given will be saved.

Determine for the entire video whether questions are repeated via the interaction settings section of the video settings.

Does the desired behavior differ per question? Then go to the advanced options of the Question interactions in the editor mode to adjust the behavior.
