By default, viewers cannot scroll through your video. The only way to navigate is by using your menu, buttons, or other interactions.
You can enable this feature in two simple steps:
Go to the Player settings section of your Video settings
Enable the feature Allow your viewers to navigate through the video
It's also very handy to enable this feature if you're testing your video in the preview mode. In that case, make sure to disable it again before sharing the video.
