Is hihaho ISO (ISO27001) certified?

Yes. There is a great awareness among the hihaho employees to secure our application and the data that we store.

How does hihaho handle data?

Our people and systems can only access the data they need to do their job and we store your designs with cloud providers who have top-tier physical security controls.

Does hihaho collect information from viewers?

You are free to request data from your viewers yourself through interactive questions or by asking for data (such as an email address) before people are allowed to start the video. In doing so, please take into account the applicable legislation.

By default, hihaho does not store more data than necessary. It does not ask for IP addresses or any other personal data of viewers.

Who has access to the backend of my videos?

By default, all interactive videos you create on hihaho are private and unpublished.

These videos can only be accessed by logging in to your account at studio.hihaho.com. Depending on your license type, you may choose to share the backend of your video with your co-workers who also have an account in hihaho. The user's role as authorized for processing can be determined (such as read-only, edit only, or view statistics only). Your videos will not be shared with other users or customers without your permission. We offer the option to secure your account with 2-factor authentication.

Who has access to my published videos?

There are different ways to publish your video. Access depends on the method of publishing.

Is your platform security externally audited?

Yes. Hihaho has a security partner that security tests the platform and audits our code on security risks. This partner also works for the Dutch government and a number of big European banks.

Is hihaho GDPR proof?

The particular rights of hihaho Users and End Users according to the GDPR are specified in the hihaho Privacy Statement, which together with the Terms of Service form the hihaho User Agreement.
