You've already uploaded your video, added the interactions and maybe even published your interactive video, and then you or your customers spot a small mistake in the video. Fortunately, then you don't have to start all over again. This article will help you get back on track quickly and hopefully save you a lot of time.

Option 1: Adapt your interactive layer

Even if you have already published your video, you can adjust the interactive layer and settings of the video without any problems. The URL, embed-code will remain the same.

The adjustments are immediately visible to your viewers. Is there an error in the editing of your source video? Maybe you can use a jump interaction to skip a small part of the video and thus easily fix the problem.

Option 2: Replace video source

Use this procedure if you want to replace the video below your interaction layer. For example, if you spotted a mistake in the mp4-file or if you still needed to process your client's feedback or if you want to switch to a different video hosting platform.

Have you already published the interactive video? Your changes will be direclty visible. Your URL or embed code remains the same. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

Option 3: Create new version and swap URL

Did you already publish the video? Then the previous option can be impractical. After all, all your changes are immediately visible for all viewers. Therefore, it can sometimes be more convenient to create a new version and then when you're done change the url/embed codes of the videos. That way you can publish a new version without having to share a new url.
